Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Renox LLC (“Renox”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website (the “Site”).
By placing an order on the Site, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy. This Policy applies only to purchases made directly from Renox through the Site and only to orders shipped within the United States, unless we expressly state otherwise.

1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship orders to addresses within the United States.
  • We ship to most residential and business addresses in the U.S.
  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
  • We may be unable to ship to certain addresses due to carrier or regulatory limitations, including but not limited to:
  • certain U.S. territories,
  • certain remote locations,
  • P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses (depending on carrier availability).
If we are unable to ship to the address you provide, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or cancel and refund your order.
Because our products are liquid chemical formulations, additional carrier and regulatory restrictions may apply. Where such restrictions affect your order, we will inform you during checkout or before shipment whenever reasonably possible.

2. Order Processing Times
Order processing time is the period we need to prepare your order for shipment before it is handed over to the carrier.
  • Standard processing time: typically 5-7 business days from the date your order is placed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • During periods of high demand (e.g., sales, holidays, peak season) or due to unexpected events, processing times may be longer.
Processing time is in addition to transit time. The estimated delivery time you see is therefore:
Total delivery time = Processing time + Carrier transit time

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We use reputable national carriers and/or courier services to deliver your orders. Available shipping methods may vary depending on your shipping address and the items in your order.
Typical estimated delivery timeframes after your order has shipped are:
  • Standard Shipping: approximately 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (where available): approximately 2–3 business days
  • Express/Overnight Shipping (where available): approximately 1 business day
These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to:
  • your distance from our fulfillment location,
  • carrier capacity and routing,
  • weather conditions,
  • peak seasons and holidays,
  • other factors beyond our reasonable control.
We are not responsible for carrier delays that are outside our control, but we will do our best to assist you if there are issues with transit.

4. Shipping Rates & Charges
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on:
  • the shipping method you select,
  • the destination address, and
  • the weight, size, and/or value of the items in your order.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout or in a promotion:
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when required by law or when we expressly agree to a refund (for example, in some cases of order cancellation prior to shipment or confirmed shipping error on our part).
Any promotional offers such as free shipping will be clearly indicated on the Site, including applicable conditions (e.g., minimum order value, destination limitations, or promotional period).

5. Order Confirmation & Tracking
After you place an order, you will receive:
  1. Order Confirmation Email - confirming that we have received your order.
  2. Shipping Confirmation Email - once your order has been shipped, including:
  • the carrier name, and
  • a tracking number (where available).
You can use the tracking number to follow your shipment on the carrier’s website. It may take up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
If you do not receive a confirmation or tracking email within a reasonable time, please check your spam/junk folder and then contact us at info@renox.us.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including:
  • full street address and unit/suite number (if applicable),
  • city, state, ZIP code, and
  • any relevant delivery instructions.
Please carefully review your shipping details before completing the order. If you realize you entered an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us as soon as possible at info@renox.us with your order number and the correct information.
  • If your order has not yet shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to update the address.
  • If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to modify the address, and:
  • any additional redirection fees may be your responsibility;
  • if the order is returned to us as undeliverable, see Section 7 below.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by you.

7. Undeliverable, Refused & Return-to-Sender Shipments
Shipments may be returned to us as undeliverable due to reasons including, but not limited to:
  • incorrect or incomplete address;
  • repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts by the carrier;
  • failure to pick up the package from a carrier location or parcel locker within the specified time;
  • refusal to accept the shipment.
When a package is returned to us by the carrier:
  • We will contact you at the email address on file.
  • You may choose to:
  1. Have the order re-shipped to a corrected address (additional shipping charges may apply); or
  2. Request a refund subject to our Refund & Return Policy, minus original shipping charges and any return shipping or carrier fees we incur (unless the undeliverable status was due to our error).
If we are unable to reach you within a reasonable period of time after a package has been returned, we may process a refund (if applicable) in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

8. Risk of Loss & Title
All items purchased from Renox are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.
  • After we hand over the shipment to the carrier, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage that occurs in transit, except as otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in this Policy.
Notwithstanding the above, we will cooperate with you and the carrier to investigate lost or damaged shipments (see Sections 9 and 10) and may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or other remedy in accordance with our policies.

9. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, or if tracking information appears stalled, please:
  1. Check the tracking status on the carrier’s website.
  2. Confirm that the shipping address you provided is correct.
  3. Allow for a reasonable additional period (for example, 5 business days) beyond the latest estimated delivery date to account for carrier delays.
If your order still has not arrived after this period, contact us at info@renox.us with:
  • your full name,
  • order number, and
  • tracking number (if available).
We will contact the carrier on your behalf to investigate. Resolution options (refund, replacement, or other remedy) will depend on the outcome of the carrier’s investigation and our Refund & Return Policy, as well as applicable law.

10. Shipments Marked as “Delivered” but Not Received
If your tracking shows your order as “Delivered” but you have not received it:
  1. Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation.
  2. Check around your property (porch, side door, garage, building lobby, mailroom, with neighbors, etc.).
  3. Verify whether someone else at your address (family member, neighbor, building staff) may have accepted the package.
  4. Contact the carrier directly and provide the tracking number to see if they can provide additional details (e.g., delivery photo, exact drop-off location).
If you are still unable to locate the package, contact us at info@renox.us with:
  • your order number,
  • tracking number, and
  • a brief description of the situation.
We will review each case individually and may work with the carrier on an investigation. We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

11. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
  1. Take clear photos of:
  • the outer packaging,
  • the shipping label, and
  • the damaged product(s).
  1. Contact us at info@renox.us within 7 calendar days of the date of delivery, including:
  • your order number,
  • description of the damage, and
  • the photos described above.
If the product is leaking or poses a safety risk, please do not attempt to ship it back or further handle it. We will provide disposal instructions if applicable.
We will review your claim and may:
  • file a damage claim with the carrier, and/or
  • offer a replacement, refund, or other remedy in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and applicable law.
Failure to notify us of damage within a reasonable time and to provide requested documentation may limit our ability to assist.

12. Products with Special Shipping Requirements
Our products are liquid chemical formulations intended for use as additives in mechanical systems. Due to their nature:
  • certain shipping methods (such as air vs. ground) may be restricted;
  • some carriers may treat them as regulated or limited-quantity items;
  • there may be additional packaging and labeling requirements.
We will handle such requirements in accordance with applicable regulations and carrier rules. This may affect:
  • the available shipping options at checkout, and
  • the cost and transit time of your order.
If special handling is required for your order, we will follow all applicable safety and regulatory guidelines.

13. Order Changes & Cancellation Before Shipment
If you wish to modify or cancel your order:
  • Contact us as soon as possible at info@renox.us and include your order number.
  • If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate:
  • address changes,
  • item changes, or
  • cancellation requests.
Once an order has entered the shipping process or has been shipped:
  • we may no longer be able to modify or cancel it;
  • in such cases, you may need to follow our Refund & Return Policy (for example, by refusing delivery or initiating a return after delivery, where allowed).
14. Holidays, Force Majeure & Events Beyond Our Control
Delivery times may be longer than usual during:
  • major holidays and peak shopping periods,
  • severe weather events,
  • carrier network disruptions, or
  • other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to:
  • natural disasters, extreme weather, or fire,
  • strikes, labor disputes, or carrier disruptions,
  • war, terrorism, civil unrest,
  • government actions, regulations, or restrictions,
  • pandemics, epidemics, or other public health events.
In such cases, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize the impact and to keep you informed when possible.

16. Governing Law & Changes to This Policy
This Shipping Policy and any disputes arising out of or relating to it, your use of the Site, or your purchase of our products, will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update or modify this Shipping Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. The version of the Policy in effect at the time you place your order will apply to that order, unless otherwise required by law.
